So today while coming back home in my moms car I was looking around and thinking to myself: Could things get any more modernized? Honestly, could they? Everything that could be invented is already out, anything else would just be the same things already out except with a little twist (flying car, automatic bathrooms that do everything for you, etc etc.) Sure there are some things that you may THINK arent invented, but i know they are. Nano bots, tracking microchips, and other things that are out but only the government uses are still, technically, invented. Just because we dont know of them, doesnt mean they arent there. I think modernization of mentality and technology has made everyone lazier. Thus they arent thinking outside of the box anymore and arent able to create any more inventions that the world truely hasent ever ever really seen. The world doesnt just need improvements/advancements of already existing items, but newer items! Surely new things are coming up everyday, Blu-Ray, HD DVDs, Hybrid cars, toilets that wash your ass after you're done and then give you a good ol' Thank You, Come Again. But those are just techniques of making easy money, simply by adding new additions to already existing things. I shouldnt be one complaining since i havent invented anything and i probably wont, but I'm just saying. This is just an example of society losing its.... well i dont know how to put it, but society's definitely losing something. People are getting lazier and depending too much on technology (and religion) and the humans' mentality is slowly decreasing and soon we'll have no more independence than any average toaster just resting on the kitchen counter top, waiting for the human master to command it to turn bread into toast by a simple push of a button. I dont know, we need more inventions but that'll just make us lazier. Hmm, it seems as though we're living in the perfect era too. We're pretty peaceful (cept for the whole war going on and whatnot and the genocide, but hey, its better than 100 years ago), everything is pretty automated now and things make people's lives a lot easier (too easy even). We have TVs reaching the width dimensions of a stack of papers, MP3's the size of your palm, and, as i mentioned before, talking toilets (I needta get one of those but imagine how scary that would be if you're half asleep and just going for your nightly midnight urination) Could life get any better? DUH! it can dont even think about asking that stupid question. But people needta start thinking OUTSIDE the box and the world could get a lot better. So go out there and climb up and DOWN escalator!=]

People need to SNAP OUT OF IT! I guess that's what we all think. Those people who invented a TV probably thought their lives were so easy already. It's all a matter of realizing what could be better, and it's the same with oppression. You just have to step out and realize that somebody is fucking you up.
Wow... I was just thinking about this yesterday when my mom told me she was buying me a bike instead of a car, and she mentioned me being able to bike to TapEx as one of the benefits.
I told her that I could take a bus anytime I wanted to go to TapEx anyway. She told me it destroyed the purpose of buying a bike in the first place.
Then I realized all the stuff that you've already said in your post.
